The website

When you log in with Discord, we only ask Discord for the basic identify permission. We save your Discord user ID, username, display name and profile picture link, when you first logged in, when you last logged in and how many times you have logged in. We do not get your email address or your password.

If you change how the site looks (theme, colour or text size), we save that choice so it follows you.

To count visitors, the site sets a random ID cookie in your browser and counts which pages are viewed each day. We do not store your IP address. Visit counts are deleted after 180 days.

A login cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days or until you log out.

Only the owner of Vyre can see this information. We never sell it or share it with anyone.

The bot

In servers that add Vyre, the bot stores moderation cases (warnings, kicks, bans and similar, with the reason and the moderator), staff notes, the server's settings, server backups (role and channel layouts, not messages) and which invite link new members joined with.

If a server turns on message logs, Vyre keeps recent messages in memory so it can post deleted and edited messages to that server's own log channel. These messages are not saved to our database and are cleared when the bot restarts.

Deleting your data

You can delete your website account at any time from your account page. This removes your profile, preferences and login history. For data the bot stores about a server, the server's owner can ask us to delete it.
